Updating Letter of Adjustment to Job Change Letter

Why is this change being made?

To remove duplication of acronyms and align with the industry terms - LOA will now only be used when referring to a leave of absence. Letter of Adjustments will be renamed to Job Change Letters.

• Update template to say job change letter
• @Mjubrey Ensure CES has updated wording in Greenhouse & updated all templates
• Send updates to #people-group-confidential once merged
