Adding section for how to get help from the SaaS Platforms group

In order to provide a better service to team members looking for support on our Production platforms, we would like to introduce a process change.

We currently use the #infrastructure-lounge Slack channel as a place where people can ask for help. Because there is no specific responsibility assigned to triage this channel, it is possible for some requests for help to go unanswered.

We want to connect those looking for help to the teams who are best positioned to provide that help. For this we have created the Getting Assistance handbook page that lists out each team in the SaaS Platforms group along with the aspects of the system they are responsible for.

If someone is looking for help, they can see which team can answer their question.

Sometimes questions can be complex and this list might not be enough. In those cases, people can still get in touch with the group through the #saas-platforms-help channel. When they ask their question here, they will be redirected to the appropriate team. The replies in this channel will be to instruct you on how to get help for your question.
