Why is this change being made?

Fix image rendering in .../gitaly/debug .

The _file_ debug.md renders as the path .../gitaly/debug/ in Hugo, so the links
to the images break.
"Fixing" this breaks other rendering (in MRs or in the source code "View file"
feature) but at least renders right on the web.
Such is life. Cthulhu fhtagn.
