This page in our Handbook, https://handbook.gitlab.com/handbook/support/support-engineer-responsibilities/, refers to needs-org tickets, which have been eliminated, and to SGGs, which will be going away on August 1 of this year (2024). This MR removes those references and proposes appropriate replacements.
