Update Day in the Life process to improve team collaboration and increase opportunity win rate

Why is this change being made?

Updating the process based on AE feedback in recent Day In The Life (DITL) discovery activities.

In an effort to discover new opportunities with existing customers, account teams are positioning DITL as a form of extended discovery. The existing process is more applicable to new prospective customers who have a business need they are trying to solve for (otherwise they wouldn't be meeting with vendors to find a solution). When positioning a DITL with an existing customer, it is important to identify a business problem/objective/initiative that the customer is looking to solve for. Without alignment to an initiative, it will be difficult to provide meaningful recommendations to the customer.

Also added FigJam to the tools section.
