Trademark Guideline revisions (CE dist)

Why is this change being made?

These Trademark Guideline revisions are being made to set out how GitLab trademarks may be used when distributing GitLab Community Edition (in unmodified and modified distributions). This will help protect our intellectual property rights and enable those wishing to use our TMs with CE distributions to be informed on what is considered acceptable use.
