Move space.yml under data/engineering-productivity/

Lin Jen-Shin requested to merge move-space.yml-under-data into main

Why is this change being made?

Move space.yml under data/engineering-productivity/, following the suggestion at !6747 (comment 1969300753)

This puts data in a more centralized place, instead of burying under the contents.
