Why is this change being made?

This MR updates the workflow and provides a new snippet for use by Support Engineers processing this type of deletion request. Marketing Account Deletions were discussed in a slack thread recently to determine if/why any validation or confirmation is required from the requestor before proceeding. As an outcome to that, the Support Bot auto-reply language has been updated to improve the efficiency for SEs and this MR is the final step to document the change in the workflow.
