Update to CSA roles, consolidating managers to Success Services managers
Why is this change being made?
We have consolidated managers' alignment between Success Services Management and the CSA's on this page. We are not introducing a new role or role definition in this MR, simply eliminating CSA Manager role (and higher) and instead pointing the manager hierarchy to the Manager, Success Services and above.
