The purpose of this MR is to update on-demand instructions in the handbook to me a bit more clear and accurate:

1. update terminology from edit draft to create draft
2. add a step to approve draft after the changes were made
3. be clear in terms of which PathFactory track to add in the MKTO tokens (the PathFactory track link, not the asset link)
