Update UX Research Guidelines
Why is this change being made?
Things change fast in AI. I noticed some content that didn't seem quite right - maybe too rigid, or that didn't fit well with the reality of how we're working.
The most controversial changes are probably where I softened or removed some of the JTBD and problem validation language because we're not solving new user problems with AI tools or creating entirely new functionality; we're enhancing existing functionality or rebuilding it to be faster/smarter/better. I don't think we need problem validation so much as deeper research into which problems are most valuable to solve due to potential for saving users time and boredom.
