Update CSE Help request doc to reflect new opportunity based workflow

Why is this change being made?

Old account based workflow has been deprecated and the new opportunity based workflow needs to be reflected in the docs.

Since we currently have no SAFE account to showcase this, it's only static screenshots instead of a screencast, but once we have an account that we can use for this, we can also add a screencast.
