Remove scoring section from OKR template

Rachel Nienaber requested to merge rnie-okr-scoring into main

The scoring information is not required on an objective because the progress is automatically calculate from the key results attached to the objective. They are weighted evently in the calculation and this can't be adjusted.

If you set the progress manually, the automation will override it.
