Draft: Removing scoring criteria from OKR template

The section for "Scoring Criteria" in the template is not useful because the OKR system automatically updates the progress based on the key results attached to an objective. There is no ability to weight individual key results, and any manual update for the progress percentage is overwritten with the system automation for OKRs.
