: Relocation Updates for HelpLab

Why is this change being made?

With the implementation of HelpLab, the process for how to reach out to People Connect with relocation questions is changing. Team members should no longer email people-connect@gitlab.com with questions but rather submit a ticket in HelpLab with their questions.

The change on how to start the relocation process has also changed. Instead of submitting a Google form, team members should now submit the Relocation Request form within HelpLab.

    • Company: If the update affects all (or the majority of) GitLab team members, post an update in #whats-happening-at-gitlab linking to this MR
