This dashboard is designed to give us a deeper understanding of our team's operational effectiveness over time. It features detailed metrics on MR frequency, issue resolution times, and more, enabling us to:

  • Track MR frequency and resolution times to gauge our response rate and efficiency.
  • Review issue closure rates and open issues for maintenance and support, aiding in better prioritization.
  • Assess the duration from MR creation to merge, identifying delays and opportunities to accelerate our development cycle.
  • Monitor delivery excellence, checking how often we meet due dates and the quality of issue resolutions.
  • Understand the workload distribution, evaluating MRs and tasks assigned to team members to balance the load effectively.
