Clarifying middleman steps for team page previews

Ryan Wells requested to merge ryaanwells/edit-team-page-local-preview-docs into main

Why is this change being made?

As a new joiner I need to update my profile page. I want to locally see what these changes look like before committing, but I struggled to understand how to get the middleman dev server running for what I needed.

I wasted a fair bit of time today working this out and this MR aims to make the steps clearer for the next person! I am proposing here that we explicitly state the middleman commands instead of linking out to the docs that require a full build of the site (and personal token setup etc). I believe this approach is a faster way to achieve my end goal ("does my content look right?").
