Why is this change being made?

Updating the Modern Health page to note the fact that new starters may not necessarily have immediate access to their account. During my onboarding, I found a reference to the Modern Health page in one of the Day 3 "Compliance" task. I followed the instructions to register but had trouble signing up, leading me to open a support ticket directly with Modern Health as instructed. When I progressed to the Day 4 onboarding tasks, I noticed there was an item for signing up to Modern Health under the "Benefits" section which makes note that the account may not be available for 14 days. I am adding this detail directly to the Modern Health page in case a new starter stumbles upon that page first before seeing the note in their day 4 onboarding.
