Additional tips for Okta in combination with Linux

Lukas Wanko requested to merge tools-and-tips-linux-okta-extension into main

Why is this change being made?

While onboarding as a Fullstack Engineer at GitLab and having a Dell notebook with Debian installed, I experienced several issues while trying to log in and set up Okta.

After a lot of trial and error, we discovered that under Linux, it's essential not to use Chromium and, as another factor, an Android phone with a custom ROM. Instead, use Chrome and an Android phone with Google's default ROM.

This extension of the documentation should help the people who are onboarding in the future.
