Updating showcase schedule

Why is this change being made?

Jacki and Jeff suggested I share research and early design sketches at the UX Showcase in two weeks to start generating discussion and visibility into the work we're doing. As such, updating the schedule to move my scheduled UX Showcase for August up to May.

Note: I will likely also volunteer to present again in a few months to let share validated concepts with the team. But, the date for that is TBD. I will add that to the schedule when I have a better sense of when that work will be ready to share.
