Adding an offboarding task, delete Google Calendar recurring meetings & purchasing packaging material
Why is this change being made?
The IT team is constantly being asked to delete recurring meetings on behalf of the offboarded team member's team or manager as we have Google Admin permissions to modify a user's Google Calendar. This will save some time for the direct manager as well because they have access to the offboarded team member's calendar to cancel/edit meetings.
I've added a section for team members to purchase their own packaging material if they are returning the laptop to IT as it costs us $30 USD to send a cardboard box over to the team member.
