Why is this change being made?

What is our strategy against GitHub?

Based on the various linked materials, I thought I would give it a try - keep in mind some of my own biased vision, but also a lot of copy/pasted public materials, are mixed in!

Please - contribute your own thoughts, and what you also feel should be included as part of our strategy.

PS - Links to the company "current strategy" are subtly meant to point you to the internal handbook on our current strategy. I would have liked to link to specific pillars because that is what the alignment is to - but I wasn't able to do that without giving away the names.
