Why is this change being made?

While trying to find the internal collaborative channel of the Content Team, I came across this handbook page. I tried to access the #content-team-lounge channel that was referenced but found that it has been archived. I haven't yet found the replacement channel but want to make sure to remove this out-of-date reference and commit an MR.
