Add details about steps to take when kicking off an AMA

Devin Rogozinski requested to merge drogo-ama-kickoff into main

Why is this change being made?

When starting an AMA, it can often be challenging for the audience to immediately understand the intent of the AMA. Jumping right to questions without an introduction to explain why this AMA is happening and who will be responding to questions may lead to audience confusion.

This MR adds a few specific steps the person or people responsible for answering questions at an AMA can take to help the audience understand the intent and allow for a few minutes for the audience to think about questions they may have.
