Added vision back in to the Handbook

Jamie Maynard requested to merge add-vision into main

Why is this change being made?

Following agreement (see #105 (comment 1577742438)) with @laurenbarker from buyer experience I've recreated the vision page in the new handbook site. As the original page was deleted and I'm unable to get the history for this page and do our normal migration process.

I've also added a new include to retain the sales links at the bottom of the page to point back to the free trial option and about.gitlab.com/sales. I've added this to vision, cadence, history, mission, purpose, stewardship, strategy and yearlies as well as the contents page for the handbook (/handbook) as a group of pages which I think might benefit from this.
