Updating Dedicated links

Why is this change being made?

The internal handbook pages for Dedicated made use of the group name for the folder the documents were stored in, renaming to dedicated since it is now public. That way it is easier to understand the directory structure. This MR is updating the public pages to match the changes made in the internal handbook MR
