Refine "Working on tickets" workflows and formatting
Why is this change being made?
I'm making some further refinements to the Working on tickets page following the merge of !5113 (merged):
- Change title to sentence case (Use sentence case for titles and headings)
- Attempt to get most things within an 80 char line length
- Switch to using numbered lists for any process sections
- Remove excess tabbing
- Add
### Regional views
section to make distinction from global views - FAQ changes
- Remove numbering
- Ensure all are actually questions
- Update header phrasing for readability
- Formatting changes
- Other grammar, spelling, and formatting improvements
