Add information regarding what and how UX can support AI features

Why is this change being made?

Related to #219

The AI UX team is small. We are growing this year and will be able to expand our support, but we need a clear way to prioritize and plan our work so that team members don't feel overly stressed out, and to ensure that important priorities don't fall through the cracks.
