Partner Operations Job Family Updates for Re-Org

Why is this change being made?

The Partner Operations team has made organizational and role changes that will bring improved clarity, communication, and support across the teams, while also driving larger initiatives to completion. This handbook merge is to update our Job Families to align to the new roles, responsibilities, and requirements. Note, there are no grade changes with existing personnel, these are role and title changes only.

Author Checklist
