Update file trademark-guidelines.md

An edit to the Trademark Guidelines handbook page is being made to add that the use of "GitLab" in an email username is a prohibited use of the trademark. The change is made to section 2.1.1.

This MR will make the prohibited uses more complete and will help users when reviewing our trademark guidelines.
