Update Sales/SDR Grades

Why is this change being made?

Updating SDR grades per !4035 (diffs).

Additionally, this cleaned up 1 thing missing for Sales. @cbednarz @ltepper @carlierussell let me know if there's any other suggested edits so this is accurate as we head into JA.
