Updating access sharing options/recommendations for G-Drive docs for GitLab

Why is this change being made?

Why : More and more Google Documents used in GitLab and shown in YouTube Unfiltered Videos are set to searchable : Must have link to access . This prevents async collaboration and discovery of GitLab team Members.

Example: In the YouTube Unfiltered Video Prompt Editor Discussion the Meeting Doc with interesting Links inside is shown title 'Notes - prompt editor discussion'. This note is not discoverable in GitLab's G-Drive, even if it is meant for everyone to at least view, see Screenshots:

I am proposing to add the manual change as recommendation to set the documents to searchable : Can find in search results_searchable in this Merge Request and have adjusted the GDrive Access Setting table to the options now available, see Screenshots:
