Adding Manager, Strategy and Operations and role swap for Staff

Why is this change being made?

Currently we have the Staff Strategy and Operations role filled as a People Manager role. This Job Family change adds in the requirement of People management experience as a nice to have + adds in the responsibility of having 1 direct report.
