Endorse pair programming as method to not let each other fail

Kasia Misirli requested to merge km/Add_pairing_to_collaboration_value into main

Why is this change being made?

As it stands at the moment, the collaboration value does not mention pair programming as an efficient and great way to not let others fail. A great method of supporting each other as we are a team.

Pair programming is a proven methodology to increase efficiency, collaboration and results as well as helping with shortening review time. In order to provide a better support to teammates and also help with increasing trust within the team, I believe pair programming should be an option that is endorsed by the handbook. Such endorsement would encourage people to go out of their way to provide more hands on support and knowledge transfer.
