Improve Strategic Planning for Security OKRs

Philippe Lafoucrière requested to merge sec_okr_strategic_planning into main

Why is this change being made?

  • The current process for developing OKRs is suboptimal
  • Designed in a way that is rushed, 2-weeks before the start of the new quarter, which is at least a contributing factor to inefficient collaboration
  • Historical challenge in driving down Top-5 risks via OKRs
  • OKRs presently comingle stretch objectives with time-critical objectives/activities
  • We want the ability to share strategic focus with organizations outside of Security
  • We want OKRs to be implemented across functional leadership areas and in a manner that facilitates maximal collaboration between functional areas.
