Fix "page not found" errors in build

Evan Read requested to merge eread/fix-page_not_found-errors into main

Why is this change being made?

While we wait for a continuously run link checker (#202 (closed)), we should fix up broken links we notice in the build.

This MR fixes broken links that caused page not found errors. I can see other errors when I build the site locally that this MR doesn't fix.
