Update Benefit TO Fund
Why is this change being made?
Updating Benefit
to Fund
for Growth and Development.
From February 2024, the Learning and Development team have taken over administration of the Growth and Development Fund. We have not made any policy changes in that time other than extending the option to have a 50% up front reimbursement across all opportunities over $1000, and sending all reimbursement requests via Navan, rather than just those below $1000 as it was previously.
Recently this has shone a light on how the rest of the benefit is applied for and administered. If you have any feedback on this, we'd love to hear it! Please share in the feedback issue here.
We are aware of the potential issues and inconsistencies in the process at the moment, and are currently gathering data, and improving our understanding of it, so that we can put forward recommendations for improvements in the future.
