Update Epics Working Group Members
Why is this change being made?
The Epics to Work Items Stage-level Working Group member list is out of date. At least one team-member has left Plan, while others have made, or are making, significant contributions without being listed as members.
Members are not expected to attend the weekly WG meeting as it cannot be inclusive of all time zones. However, membership of the working group means you may be consulted or assigned work relating to the effort.
Having this list be up-to-date is important as we go into the next phase, so that we can understand who is available to help with each work stream.
Changes in this MR
- Updates the list of WG participants.
- Adds the "Functional Lead" role so it is clear who is the DRI for each work stream.
- Swaps Alexandru into the Facilitator role while labelling Kushal as Q4 Facilitator, in case anyone needs to consult on Q4 work done.
What you need to do
-
If you are the DRI for a current or previous Work Stream
Give feedback on the use of "Functional Lead" and ensure the data is accurate.
-
If you are currently a WG member
Remove yourself from the list if you no longer have capacity to be assigned work.
-
If you are not currently involved in the effort
If you would like to be involved, please add yourself as a member. Do be aware that this may mean you're asked to take part in one of the Work Streams.
