Why is this change being made?

💡 Provide a detailed answer to the question on why this change is being proposed, in accordance with our value of Transparency.

As the Customer Support team evolves we are exploring the opportunity for new roles to assist customers with some of the requests related to internal process or systems integration rather than product.

This new role would fulfil that requirement and allow team members, who are currently performing these tasks, time to focus on their original areas of expertise that is more product related.
