Add division naming guidance

Cynthia "Arty" Ng requested to merge okr-division-title into main

As we updated "CEO OKRs" to "Company OKRs", we should have divisional OKRs naming be consistent as well, using the division name instead of e-group member title. For example "Marketing OKR" instead of "CMO OKR".
