Create Zendesk Explore Dashboards and Reports Backup.md

Why is this change being made?

We have found that as there is no plan for Zendesk Explore to have an API, we need to have a disaster recovery plan for Zendesk Explore base Dashboards and Reports used by our Support Team. This is the iteration for the purpose.

Author Checklist
