Why is this change being made?

  1. docs: update dedicated group page.
    • Updated section for weekly status updates to be Wednesday by 23:00 UTC to align with Project Management in SaaS Platforms.
    • Removed references to dual time zones (ex. 16:30 UTC / 11:30am ET -> 16:30 UTC)
    • Removed item: 1. **By 23:00 UTC on Wednesdays** Initiative DRI will share a summary of major items from the weekly initiative update in #ceo Slack Channel and link to the full update in the Initiative epic. as it is not applicable to our current project DRI responsibilities.
    • Small reformatting of section.
