Updating code ownership for lab guide and education services pages

CHANGEME - add the details saying why, not just what.

• We've received reports that MRs for education services lab guide pages are being incorrectly redirected to customer success management. The purpose of this MR is to update the code owners so that the maintainer section shows the correct education services team members, allowing the MRs to be correctly assigned.
