Update macro names/URLs in Support Handbook

Recently all the SaaS-related macros had their paths changed to account for the divide between GitLab.com and Dedicated, and the repository was moved to reflect this. See https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/support/readiness/support-week-in-review/-/issues/1212

This change has broken and/or deprecated some handbook links. This MR aims to fix all those broken links not addressed by !3464 (merged)
