Remove discontinued process from Tips page

Katrin Leinweber requested to merge tips-remove-team-member-username-support into main

Why is this change being made?

Removes namesquatting requests for internal tea... (gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com!124907 - merged) & Deprecate internal vanity namesquatting process (gitlab-com/support/support-team-meta#5170 - closed) discontinued that process. @lyle It should also be removed from here, I guess?
