This MR introduces updated project management guidelines in the Test Platform handbook, reflecting our recent departmental restructure into three teams. The update includes guidelines for Personal, POC, and Established projects, ensuring clarity and consistency across all stages of project development. The need for these comprehensive guidelines stems from our department's growth and the diversity of projects managed. The aim is to standardize processes, clear ownership, enhance cross-team collaboration, and streamline project transitions, crucial for our evolving department's efficiency and success.
