  • Renames saas-health-review.md → operational-excellence.md (history preserved via git mv) and rewrites the page to describe the new meeting's objectives (Visibility, Accountability, Learning, Continuous Improvement) and pre-work guidelines.
  • Updates references in engineering/_index.md and infrastructure-platforms/_index.md to point to the renamed page.
