Add GitLab handles to UX Forum schedule

Summary

Adds GitLab (@handle) next to each name in the UX Forum schedule table. This allows the DesignOps UX Forum automation to create tracking issues with correct @-mentions without maintaining a separate name-to-handle mapping.

Names are preserved for readability. The automation extracts the (@handle) when present and uses it directly.

For future schedule edits

When adding new rows, include handles in parentheses after each name. The tip at the bottom of the file has been updated to reflect this.

Handle verification

All handles were cross-referenced against the verified org mapping (last verified 2026-05-26) and confirmed against gitlab.com profiles.
