Adding IT Security Beta Testers

Clayton Shank requested to merge cshankgitlab-main-patch-2c33 into main

Why is this change being made?

The IT Security team has introduced a voluntary beta test program to test endpoint compliance standards and receive GitLab's latest updates. Team members can join or leave the program anytime by indicating their preference in the #it-security-beta-testers Slack channel. Additionally, the rollout schedule for mass deployments, such as operating system upgrades or new software rollouts, has been revised. Phase 1 of the rollout will now include Beta Testers, followed by Legal, Marketing & People Group, and Engineering.
