Update Sentry workflow details for new-sentry
Why is this change being made?

- The previous URL
sentry.gitlab.com
returns 404 errors, and - the UI of
new-sentry.gitlab.com
does not have the filters anymore where the text says they'd be. - Lastly, the placeholder user ID example seems less useful than searching by username directly.
